Location: this charming accommodation lies in the countryside enjoying the wonderful view of the hills and the towers of San Gimignano only 3 km away.

Within a short drive in different directions, are the Castelfalfi country club with its golf course and tennis courts, the town of Certaldo and Volterra, Etruscan city.
Only a short distance to many favourites including Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
Description: this charming three bedroom Tuscan villa rental is comprised of two adjoining apartments: San Gimignano 2004 and San Gimignano 2005. The owners, who live near Florence, also have a apartment on the property, used for weekends and holidays.

Services: in the garden there is a private area furnished with table and chairs for eating outside, barbecue and sun umbrella.
Next to the garden and enjoying a spectacular panorama is the splendid new swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) which is furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Parking is close to the apartments.
You will find two comfortable living areas in this vacation rental among the Tuscan hills, one with an open face fireplace.

Composition: the house is on the first floor and has independent entry. It is furnished to a high standard in traditional style to offer very comfortable accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, as well as a two refrigerators. The kitchen opens to the front terrace area where you can enjoy a steaming cup of a coffee while viewing a one of a kind landscape. Each one of the three double bedrooms has a fantastic view and catches fresh cool breezes in the evening. You will find they fully furnished with closet space and lovely typical Tuscan style furnishings.

One of the double bedrooms is large enough to permit a single bed upon request. Two double bedroom can be made into two singles, upon request.

You will find two full size bathrooms – each with a sink, a WC, a bidet and a shower. There is a clothes washer for your convenience.
