Living room
Description: the house has been divided into three apartments, this one, San Gimignano 2005 and an apartment used for weekends and holidays by the owners who live near Florence.
In the garden each apartment has its own private terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating outside, barbecue and sun umbrella.
Next to the garden and enjoying a spectacular panorama is the splendid new swimming pool (12 m x 5 m) which is furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Parking is close to the apartments.
Fireplace
Composition: the apartment which has its entrance by outside staircase finishing in a private balcony is on the first floor of the house. It is furnished to a high standard in traditional style to offer very comfortable accommodation.
The living room has french windows opening on to the private balcony which looks down on to the apartment's patio and garden area.
The pretty patio has a little well and is furnished with table and chairs for eating outside as well as a barbecue, sun umbrella and sunbeds.
Bedroom
The fully equipped kitchen area has fridge, hob (4 gas rings) and oven.
There are also a dining area with table and chairs, a sitting area with settee, a bedroom with double bed (on request an extra single bed will be put into the bedroom to accommodate a third person), a bathroom with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.
