San Donato in Poggio 1848 apartment (for 2-3 persons) is overlooking the surrounding landscape of San Donato in Poggio from the top of the ancient walls
of the historical centre of San Donato in Poggio, a medieval village in the heart of the Chianti, mid-way between Siena and Florence.
You enter in the apartment from a private gate in iron located at few steps far from the central square of San Donato. The apartment is named after the secular wistaria located at the entrance-door (this apartment has no garden).
The apartment is made of a double bedroom with relax-corner and a wood-burning cast-iron stove, a reading-room where a third bed may be added, a living-room with a single sofa-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, for a total of 90 squared metres. The apartment has been recently renovated respecting the original materials and structures, typical of the tuscan country-style.
Our guests may book a private table on the terrace (a garden located on the ancient San Donato's medieval walls) of a restaurant in San Donato (located just in front of the apartment) at a discounted price of 10% for a dinner.
The entrance of the apartment is in fact looking on this terrace.
