Wine

Our Wine is produced with grapes 100% Sangiovese, coming from from the vines of the company, lead exclusively with biological techniques. The grape harvest usually happens in the first decade of October, operating the choice of the best clusters. Once svinato the wine comes place in steel bathtubs in order to complete the sharpening process.

Olive oil

The oil Extravergine d'Oliva of the agricultural company I coin is obtained with the traditional method in which the olives, of quality Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Correggiolo, comes collections completely by hand and frante within 24 hours. The spremitura happens to cold, this system allows to produce to an oil with acidity much lowland and a decidedly unmistakable taste. It is advised to maintain the product in fresh place, far away from light and sources of heat.
