Casa Villa is an independent rural house in a panoramic position. Views are beautiful over the surrounding Chianti hills, Valdarno valley and Vallombrosa mountain. The house sleeps 13 persons in 8 bedrooms (6 bathrooms with shower). It has a big kitchen (55 mq) equipped for up to 20 people and a vaulted room ideal for meetings and other activities. The Villa is exquisitely furnished, it has wood beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. Ont the outside Casa Villa has nices gardens equipped with tables, chairs, sun-umbrellas and barbecues. It has private parking and access to the swimming pool (200 mt.) through a path in the olive grove. It is possible to rent the whole house or just a part of it, as the house has been restored considering either groups or families who prefer spending their holiday together in privacy. The house can be divided in four independent apartments each one having its private services: kitchen, bathrooms, gardens.
