Ground floor: to the right of the entrance there is a service bathroom and a small sitting- room with TV.
This opens into the dining room and into the kitchen, both with fireplace. To the left of the entrance are the stairs that lead up to the first floor and behind the stairs there are two spacious sitting rooms. One has a charming fireplace, while the other opens in the garden.

First floor: at the top of the stairs there is a lobby area that opens on a “loggia” with stairs leading to the garden.
