Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Riparbella 779.

At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
