Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Rassina 1683.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 21:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 10% of the total price.
Cancellations from 59 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 5 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 90% of the total price.
Cancellations from 4 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
