The property will be closed from October 1st 2008 until April 1st 2009.

The owners live in three of them. The houses are in a quiet position with lovely views and are reached by an unmade road approx. 1,5 Km long. The countryside around consists of gentle wooded slopes interspersed with cultivated valleys where grain is grown. Each apartment has its own entrance.

At full guests disposal there is a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, mountain bikes, small football court, a fishing lake and a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (open from 1 may - 30 october).
Communal washing-machine. About 1 km away there are well equipped stables, where horse lovers can go riding and there is also a restourant. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil, with the ancient cold millstones system, Sangiovese wine, honey and truffels (there are three protected and private truffels' reserve) and biological vegetables. In a few minutes driving on reach Rapolano Terme, famous thermal centre. Breakfast available on request.
