Description

Location: the farm holiday is in a geographic position very convenient to reach all the more important places of Umbria and Toscana with only few miles to run.

Immersed in a green landscape and far from the chaos and pollution of the city, the farmhouse is nonetheless ideal for families, with plenty of facilities nearby.
Description: rising on a hill this farmhouse dates from the second half of the eighteenth century. It has now been lovingly restored, preserving its harmony with both its surroundings and with the history of the region of Umbria.
The road to the farm is asphalted, and there is a pharmacist, doctor, grocery, bank, butcher and restaurants only one kilometre away in the village of Lisciano Niccone.

Accommodation: this restored Umbrian farmhouse offers six holiday apartments in a beautiful natural setting. Or, for larger parties, you can rent the six apartments together, taking the whole villa.
Each flat has a door that leads out to the beautifully kept farmhouse gardens. There are tables and chairs dotted around the garden, so everyone can enjoy the picturesque surroundings. There is a barbeque for everyone to use and indulge in dining under the stars.

Swimming pool: the swimming pool is a great place for guests to take a dip on those hot Italian summer days.
Or, simply relax alongside in the shade of an umbrella and take in the exquisite views. The pool, which is 6m x 12m, is open to all guests from 19th May to 6th October.

Services in apartment: colour television and digital decoder, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, towels (three per person), bed and kitchen linen are all provided in the apartments. A washing machine is also available for guests to use. Internet point.
