Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Ponte Buggianese 2410.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 10:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 12:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
