The farmhouse is located in the Chianti Rufina, in a hilly position just 23 km from Florence and 3 km from the nearest train station.

The property is immersed in the greenery of olive groves and vineyards with a dominant position that opens up the view over the entire Chianti Rufina valley. The entire farm is completely fenced with private parking.

The farm consists of our farmhouse, 9 hectares of land and 7 accommodations for you: 5 apartments and 2 rooms, so the atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Each accommodation has an independent entrance and outdoor space complete with tables and chairs.

In the farm, just 20 - 50 meters from the accommodations there is a large 13.50 m x 5.50 m swimming pool and a riding stable with horses to take small riding lessons and walks in the surrounding countryside. In the heart of the property there is a large, very bright ancient loggia overlooking the valley and the swimming pool, specially structured to provide both Tuscan breakfasts and dinners, prepared directly by us with local products.

We love animals and this is why we have decided to also host your 4-legged friends, in fact the farmhouse is completely fenced so that the animals can play without any problems. We trust in responsible management of your pupils, this out of respect for the other guests who are on holiday like you in our facility. To the delight of children, on the farm there are various animals such as donkeys, horses, pigs, geese, chickens, dogs, cats and goats.

The farm produces red wine, extra virgin olive oil, garden products and raises Cinta Senese pigs. All organically.

For nature lovers, 2.3 km near the farmhouse there are several S.O.F.T. routes. trekking, 2 sport fishing lakes and 2 riding stables for horse riding.

20 km from the farmhouse, in the opposite direction from the one for Florence, we have the ascetic Casentino and the true Mugello. Siena and Arezzo are 1 hour's drive away. Nearby are uncontaminated and evocative villages. And for those who love shopping, there are several out-lets such as Gucci, Della Valle, Dolce and Gabbana and Prada.
