The farmhouse is an old Casale (in Italian means a country house in Tuscany) situated in the Cecina river valley, immersed in the quietness of the Maremma's hills, a few miles from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The building completely restructured a few years ago, is completely independent, and is easily reached by an asphalted road. "Pomarance 1244" is surrounded by a wide garden where there are a large variety of Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, cypress, rose-bay and rosemary.
The building has two stories. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, two bathrooms all connected by a corridor. On the second floor there are two quiet bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed, for a total number of 6 persons.
Outside there is a garden with lawn where to sunbathe, a pergola with a large table and 8 chairs to enjoy meals and conversation in the open air shade. There is a parking area for 3 cars.
