Location: an enchanting old villa of the 18th century is located on the rolling and gentle hills of Tuscany; so we could say that, well, it’s done now.
The land around the villa is about 240 acres and it has olives groves which produce an average of 10.000 bottles of prime olive oil; some it’s woodland and mostly has a great number of fruit trees.
As soon as you arrive, the mansion’s good and isolated position leaps before your eyes. Villa, ideally located between Florence and Lucca, offers the opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany.

Services: the large (7x14) private swimming pool with outside shower is situated in a very sunny position to take baths & sun all day long. Table, chairs and barbecue are provided for outside dining.
