Rooms and apartments are non-smoking throughout and this includes the bathrooms.

If you require a room suitable for a disabled person, a wheelchair user or someone with reduced mobility, please specify this when booking, either by using the comments field when making your reservation or by contacting the Agriturismo directly using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.

Please also specify the number of people who will be staying in that room.

It is obligatory to inform the Agriturismo of your arrival time, by contacting the hotel directly, via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.

IF THE BOOKING IS ROOM ONLY BED & BREAKFAST OR ONLY BED IT IS NOT POSSIBLE:

- to cook or to eat:
1) inside the room or on the bed
2) outside on the tables of the terrace (they are only for relax, to drink or for the breakfast to the morning)
To eat they have available a table on the garden to divide with other clients.

- to wash laundry inside the room
If they have the necessity we have the laundromat (to use of the washer machine Euro 5,00 for every washing).
