Location: the farmhouse is located in the country side of the small hamlet of Pescia Romana, just a few minutes from the sea; bordering the town of Capalbio and Tuscany.
Surrounded by olives trees and an extensive garden the resort is located few minutes distant from the beaches of the Maremma.

Description: the resort was built in ancient country style and divided into exactly reproducing the style of the old Maremma’s farms four independent villas each surrounded with a 2000 mt garden fully enclosed with an electric gate.
The large beach, four kilometres from the villas, is of fine sand and separated by the dunes with its still natural and unspoiled vegetation.

Services: as far as comfort is concerned the villas have nothing to be desired and is decorated with typical 18th century furniture’s, kitchens and bathrooms are new and fully equipped, all villas have a cooker with oven, dishwasher, a washing machine, a television and a charming log fire. Each unit was its own independent heating system.
The layout of the villas offers a fully equipped kitchen, a leaving room with the fireplace, a double bed plus a twin bed rooms, an ample bathroom with separate wc and a lovely veranda.
