Pescia 222 is located on a magnificent hill, among age old olive trees 2 kms from Pescia, 50 kms. from Florence, 50 kms. from Pisa, 18 kms. from Lucca, 20 kms. from Pistoia, and 5 kms. from Collodi and Pinocchio’s children's park.

The farmhouse was built in the early 18th century and has recently been rebuilt by its owners who have kept its old charm and have made 4 lovely apartments: 3 have two rooms and the other has been created in one open space.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with table and chairs; all have independent heating and satellite TV.

The guests can also enjoy the beautiful swimming-pool (11 x 8 m) which is set in the surrounding olive groves.
