Our holiday home has a double bedroom and a living room with kitchen, and can offer you every comfort, as a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has a gas cooker and electric oven. A little balcony invites you to have breakfast outside or just to enjoy the sun.

The green region of Umbria gives you the possibility to visit not only the great capital of Perugia, but also a number of little medieval towns, which await you with plenty of points of historic and artistic interest: Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Todi, Montefalco, Spoleto or Città della Pieve, for example. As an alternative you can meditate on the magnificent panoramic view of Lago Trasimeno with its islands, where you can admire the beautiful blossom of the spring.
