Location: amidst the peaceful hills on the northern shore of Lake Trasimeno lies the villa, an old Umbrian country house. In our holiday apartments for 2 – 8 persons you may enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The vila is an agritourism amidst olive groves, vineyards and pastures, a paradise for family holidays. There is a large garden with playground for children to enjoy. Your pets are welcome.

Services: we also offer a wide range of creative courses - from painting, sculpting, creative writing workshops to dance holidays, cooking classes and olive harvest.
You can book the entire house for group holidays and for seminars.
Our wheelchair friendly holiday house is suitable for the handicapped and accessible for disabled persons.

Garden

What to do: there are miles of trails out our doorstep where you can go hiking and mountain biking. Close by you may also enjoy horseback riding in the enchanting landscape of Umbria.
The panoramic drive (10 km) to Lago Trasimeno is as pleasant as the lake itself, dotted with islands and castles. There you will find unspoilt nature and a variety of sports and leisure activities (swimming, surfing, sailing, canoeing).

For sightseeing there are many historically relevant towns within easy driving distance from the villa, such as Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena. Make a travel in time to Etruscan, medieval and renaissance art or just enjoy a cappucino sitting on the piazza.
For your wellness we offer massages at our house or trips to the famous ancient thermal spas in near Tuscany. Or discover local foods, excellent wines and extra virgin olive oils on a gourmet travel in Umbria and Tuscany.
