The farmhouse is located in Tuscany, in Gello, Palaia, province of Pisa, on the green hills of the Alta Valdera Park, in a quiet and sunny position.

The property covers 31 hectares among woods and olive trees, and consists of a manor house whose existence is documented as early as 1830 and a former barn.

Recently renovated, the farmhouse apartments all enjoy the mild climate from the sea, which is a few dozen kilometers away as the crow flies.

The location in which the vacation apartments of the Podere la Casa farmhouse are situated also makes it an excellent base from which to visit some of Tuscany's main cities of art and historic sites, all of which are within a few kilometers of each other.

“Lastnika sta krasna. Zelo prijazna in velika ljubitelja domačih ljubljenčkov. Lokacija je tudi odlična - do plaž cca 1 uro , do zanimivih mestec (npr. Volterra, San Gemingano) tudi blizu. Cca 15 min do trgovin. V bližini čudovito mestece Peccioli (15 min) v neposredni bližini tudi vasica Palaia (5 min) kjer je super pub.”
