Paganico 460 is a typical farm of the Maremma region in Tuscany.
The old house dates back to 1700, in the form of a square it dominates the landscape alongside the hayloft and stable annex on a hillock.
When I saw the building for the first time it was love at first sight. I don't believe that anything happens by chance...
We bought the farm at the end of the 90's with the precise intention of bringing life to this little piece of Maremma, whilst preserving traditional methods of production the best we can.
And here we are, everything is organic, from planting of the vineyard to the re-discovery of old species which by now are "relics" like Cinta Senese wild boar which we breed wild in the forest,
to the restructuring of the old olive grove and the renovation of the house to turn it into an agriturismo in harmony with the surrounding green countryside.
