The holiday farm spreads over a surface of about 120 hectars on which the main farmhouse and other six houses of different sizes are situated. All the farmhouses have a view onto an unspoilt landscape and lie Km. 6 south of Orvieto between the regions of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
Castiglione in Teverina 682 is situated in the farthest part of southern Etruria in a very convenient position i.e. just ten to forty minutes drive from places, villages, towns and parks of great natural and artistic importance.

In fact the property, to the West, is near to Bagnoregio, Civita, the Bolsena lake and not far from Pitigliano; to the north is near to Orvieto, Acquapendente, Castel Viscardo, The mount Rufeno natural park, the Chiana valley the Trasimeno lake; to the east is near to Baschi, Todi, Assisi; to the south is near to the villages which lie in the Tiber valley, The Alviano oasis, Bomarzo and Viterbo. Our holiday farm can be reached by train (Orvieto railway station) or by car (via A1 motoway – Orvieto toll-booth).

Each farmhouse can be rented for periods which vary from one week to one month or even longer or if you require, for shorter periods: a week end, Christmas and Easter holiday etc. All the farmhouses have been recently restored preserving their original materials, design and structures. They are furnished with old country furniture:

Each country house is equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets, and blankets.
