We are Michele and Marta, a doctor and a pharmacist who have escaped the stress and constraints of our city life. Married for over 10 years, we’ve found our small haven and that we think is a balance between humanity and nature that we have been searching for.
We offer our guests a friendly welcoming, a relaxing atmosphere and the chance to experience the best of the Umbrian country lifestyle.

Shared areas in the villa include the dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, a reading room with internet access, and second living area on the second floor.

And if you’re a party of 15-18 people, you may wish to book the entire farmhouse for yourselves. This includes full use of our spring water swimming pool and the service of our experienced staff including a cook, maid, gardener and driver.

Orvieto 543 Inside

La Quercia, is roughly 20sqm in size. It has a 5sqm utility room on entering the bathroom, complete with a chestnut wood wardrobe, a 5sqm bathroom. The room has a Liberty style bed head, with writing desk, sofa, original tiled floors and wooden beamed (chestnut) celings, two windows that look out on to the valley and the distant town of Parrano.
La Quercia 1 is the same size but also has a second small room with a four poster bed, two windows that look over the vineyards. This apartment is set apart from the rest of the house and is accessed by an internal staircase.
The Quercia and Quercia 1 share a living room which has an old fireplace, a bar corner with fridge, kettle and electric caffettiere (if you want a coffee or tea without leaving this part of the villa).

Orvieto 543 Bed and Breakfast Inside

Il Tiglio and il Noce, are master bedrooms with double beds which also have a fridge, roughly the same size at the Quercia rooms. In Quercia, Quercia 1 and Il Noce there is also the possibility of adding a third bed without making the rooms feel crowded. Services
Breakfast includes a homemade cake- you can choose from walnut, chocolate, pine nuts or homemade marmalade (cherry,figs, prune, grape or apricot, natural honey), bread, pastries, natural and fruit yoghurts, pineapple and orange juice, coffee, cappuccinos, fresh milk, hot chocolate. Freshly picked fruits, cured meats (salami and ham) and bread.
Products
Our organic company extends over an area of 20 hectares and produces honey, D.O.C wines, fennel liqueur, extra virgin Olive oil D.O.P (squeezed cold), sunflower oil, whole flour and broad beans. You can buy all the products from the shop. We also organise horse treklking and hikes on foor in the near woods.
