Location: set on a 212 acre estate on the hills of southern Umbria, the Resort is a world apart, where nature, preserved in its original beauty with its spectacular views, is the dominant feature.

Accomodation: each of our rooms is named after the Etruscan deities, underlining the value we attach to the sense of history and to the power of nature.
Each room is different: the size, shape and layouts vary, but all are richly appointed with natural colours and fabrics, dark woods and carpets. Touches of modern elegance offset the antique furniture.
Bathrooms are modern, with Firenzuola stone tile, with separate glass enclosed showers, some with Jacuzzis and dual sinks.

Restaurant: our culinary creations offer the best of traditional local cuisine with classical Italian roots, but have their own individuality. There is a superb choice of gastronomic delights prepared using the freshest local ingredients to give a taste of our rich culinary history.
From appetizers to desserts, there is the same fundamental principle of using the best local produce expertly prepared and creatively accompanied by the best choice of wines. Seasonal and à la carte menus can be served inside in the elegant lounge or outside on the veranda. A high standard of service and a particular attention to detail is maintained in all areas.

Farm: the Resort also includes a working farm. Not only vineyards but also fruit and olive trees, vegetables for domestic use and cattle breeding. The development of gastronomic excellence involves the use of the best agricultural products selected with high standards of quality, grown following the natural rhythm of the seasons and with methods respectful of the environment. Their freshness and wholesomeness enhance the taste of any menu and contribute to optimal health and wellbeing.
