Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Murlo 257.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 43 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 42 dd on arrival to 29 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 65% of the total price.
Cancellations from 28 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 85% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
