The COLONICA consists of the 2 apartments "CONTADINO" and "FATTORE" which can be put into communication thanks to a communicating door located at the first floor. So, all together, the COLONICA can welcome a maximum of 12 people.
In 25 minutes you can reach Florence, with its museums, palaces and shops. And, after having spent a day in the city, you will enjoy coming back to this villa, to its quietness and to the surrounding nature. Restoring the interior has been a really painstaking job, both in the furniture and in the architecture. The 2 communicating apartments make possible to large groups to spend their holidays together while maintaining a certain privacy.

Kitchen

The Colonica Villa is plenty of space: while it can guest up to 12 people, all the rooms are extremely large, and there are wide living areas where you can spend a pleasant relaxing time warmed by the fire in the fireplaces.
The Colonica Villa is surrounded by a wonderful park, that is at the guests disposal and where the swimming-pool is located. This is the ideal place to spend the hot summer days.
