The Colonica - 500 m²

The Colonica can be divided into two large apartments, the Fattore and Contadino, which are each about 250 metres². Each of these 2 apartments can host up to 10 people comfortably. See the farmhouse layout page for floor plans.

For large groups of up to 19 people wishing to rent the whole Colonica exclusively, these 2 apartments can be put into communication via a communicating door on the first floor.

Kitchen

On January 2002 they began to restore the Colonica (the main farmhouse) and the Fienile (the hayloft), both previously used as storehouses. Actually, the Agriturismo consists of both the restored Colonica and Fienile.
The Agriturismo is surrounded by an immense green park more than 2000 squared metres large, where the swimming pool is located (the swimming pool is 6x12 metres and the water inside is from 1,20 m to 1,80 m deep).

Floors and ceilings in cotto-stone, beams in chestnut-tree wood, fireplaces and stairs in serena-stone, walls handicraft painted with putty knives, banisters and accessories in wrought iron, a furniture in the typical Tuscan countrystyle: all this welcomes the guests in these true farmhouses.
