The apartment "FATTORE", located inside the Colonica, is about 250 squared meters large. It is a very bright apartment, with large windows in each room. The dining-room, located at the ground-floor, is provided with a window-door that opens on the large garden of more than 2000 squared meters big.
The countrystyle of the furniture, in the respect of the Tuscan traditions, contributes to a pleasant and evocative atmosphere. Not a single detail has been ignored during the restoration works: the result is an elegant and cosy apartment.

From the bedrooms, you can enjoy the typical Tuscan landscape with its sweet hills: it is like a patchwork made of fields where vines and olive-trees are cultivated. The apartment FATTORE can be put into communication with the apartment CONTADINO, thanks to a communicating door located at the first floor. Simple and intimate, this apartment is the ideal refreshment place for whom may wish to visit the Chianti region during the day, and come back in the evening to this quiet and noiseless house.
