Farmhouse: Montespertoli 661
Description
Location: Montespertoli 661, our agriturismo or farm holiday is located in central Chianti, and only 25 minutes by car from Florence, 45 km from Siena and 30km from San Gimignano.
The agriturismo is a working farm, owned and managed by the family who have been farming for generations.
At our place guests are accomodate in our Colonica Villa (the original farmhouse) that has been restored beyond their former glory for guests.
The Colonica Villa: is plenty of space (500 m²), while it can guest up to 12 people, all the rooms are extremely large, and there are wide living areas where you can spend a pleasant relaxing time warmed by the fire in the fireplaces.
For smaller groups, the Colonica may be divided into two self catering apartments (called Contadino and Fattore) of around 250 m², each of which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
The two apartments can be joined via a door on the first floor. But the Colonica is perfect rented all together, so that you will be the only guests at our place and the swimming poool may be all at your own disposal.
At our property there is also a cottage called Fienile, which is our reception building.
The COLONICA is set into more than 2000 m² of gardens and there is a large swimming pool. In our park there is also a barbecue at our guests disposal.
We are well-known for the wines and extra-virgin olive-oil which we produce.
Nearby there is a riding school and tennis courts. The agriturismo is surrounded by an immense green park, where the swimming pool is located.
