Complete tranquillity and wonderful panoramic position. The structure is a large old stone farmhouse completely independent and totally restored and can accommodate up to 16 people. The whole villa is rented for minimum weekly stays which go from saturday to saturday. Arrivals must be between 17:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00. The house sits on an wonderful 10 acres estate of olive groves and enjoys a southern exposure. Its isolated and dominant position ensures complete tranquillity and a magnificent view across the hills of the Chianti countryside. During the rental period, the owner lives in the restored barn behind the main house in order to guarantee total independence, complete privacy and exclusive use of the swimming pool to guests. In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the swimming pool (6 m x 12 m - available from May1st through October 31 st.) ensures sun continuously from morning till evening. The Villa includes 2 panoramic terraces under the trees, open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside and to the swimming pool where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner. Villa Montespertoli 44 is located 3 km away from the town of Montespertoli, 25 km from Florence (international airport), 30 km from Siena and 50 km from Pisa (international airport).
