External view of the residence

Location: the residence is dipped in the beautiful Chianti valley, built on remains of an old watermill which served the ancient city of Montespertoli.
Composition: the structure has 15 apartments with kitchen and 6 rooms, all furnished in typical tuscan style and equipped with private facilities, tv, telephone, minibar, air conditioning.

Swimming pool

Services: you can take a swim in our small and pretty swimming pool, and then relax under the gazebo, or standing in the sun in our garden.
But if you are a sportsman a tennis court and a big swimming pool (extra) are available nearby. In summer buffet breakfast will be also outdoor, under the gazebo. Pets are welcomed. Free parking.

What to do: we will be glad to suggest you the best places where to buy typical speciality; but if you prefer, a good pizzeria is waiting for you just next door, and a typical restaurant few meters ahead.
Environs: the residence is in the ideal place where to spend your tuscan holidays, in a strategic position which takes you easily to Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra, and the most attractive sites of Chianti.
