Surrounded by vineyards growing grapes for the famous local wines, Wine Noble of Montepulciano and Red of Montepulciano, the Fattoria of the Gualtiere is peaceful and quiet, perfect place for person who loves the nature and the quietness. There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as, Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello. The Gualtiera is a beautiful old farmhouse, just restructured, composed of the first floor were every now and then, the owner lives, and two apartments, quite and fresh in the summer, for the guests at the ground floor with their own private entrance and garden. The Farmhouse is perfect in all periods of the year, from the spring to the autumn, and you will see the seasons changing, looking the colours that will change from green to red and in to yellow.

Ein Ort für Menschen, die Ruhe und Privacy lieben, aber auch für Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die in an einem makellosen Ort wohnen möchten, wo man sich entspannen kann und wo die Kinder gefahrlos spielen können. Die Wohnungen haben keine oder nur sehr wenige Stufen, so dass sie auch für Gäste mit Bewegungsproblemen geeignet sind.
Das Haus ist sowohl für kurze wie für lange Aufenthalte ideal für Gäste, welche die zahlreichen Kunststätten, die kulturellen und gastronomischen Veranstaltungen besuchen oder Schönheitspflege und Wellness in den nahe gelegenen Thermalbädern genießen möchten.
Die Bauernhof verfügt über einen kleinen Pool für Kinder, der jedoch für Erwachsene ungeeignet ist; zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten kann der Pool der Bauernhof mitbenutzt werden, der zu Fuß in einer Entfernung von 700 m oder von 3 Km mit dem Wagen erreichbar ist, oder den Pool von Mulino delle Gualtiere, der zu Fuß 200 m entfernt liegt. Es kann sein, dass zuweilen beide Pools nicht zur Verfügung stehen; dies wird jedoch zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bekannt gegeben. Dafür bieten wir Behandlungen in den Terme di Montepulciano und Eintrittskarten für die Bäder von Chianciano Terme oder Karten für die Tennisplätze an.

On pourra utiliser, pendant certaines périodes, la piscine de la ferme, située à une distance de 700 mètres à pied ou bien de 3 kilomètres avec la voiture, ou bien encore la piscine du Mulino delle Gualtiere à une distance de 200 mètres à pied. Il se peut que parfois aucune des deux piscines ne soit disponible, mais cela sera bien mis en évidence au moment de la réservation et on offrira alors des traitements à la station thermale de Montepulciano et quelques billets d'entrée aux Piscines de Chianciano Terme ainsi que quelques billets d'entrée aux champs de tennis. L'endroit est idéal pour tous ceux qui aiment la nature et la détente, loin de chaos des grandes villes, tous ceux qui veulent faire de longues et paisibles promenades à pied ou en vélo.
La ferme est située à quelques kilomètres seulement de petites agglomérations dotées de cinémas, de stations thermales, de supermarchés et de magasins caractéristiques. Montepulciano et les nombreux villages voisins organisent un grand nombre de manifestations culturelles au cours de l'été (concerts, rencontres, visites avec guide de maisons de production de vins, de musées…).

The place is peaceful, outside in the garden; you have the possibility to relax under the trees or to eat under the stars. There is barbecue, mountain bikes, laundry, tables, chairs sun-bed...
There are a lot of place to make beautiful walks in the nature and wiht the mountain bikes. The Fattoria of the Gualtiere is near to Chianciano and to Montepulciano, were there are public swimming pool, and tennis courts and also to the Baths of Montepulciano were we have special price for heath and beauty treatments. |
