Fattoria is an estate with a beautiful villa where every now and then the owner stays and a farmhouse divided into five apartments, four for guests, the other for the caretaker.
Surrounded by vineyards growing grapes for the famous local wines, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Rosso di Montepulciano, the estate is peaceful and quiet.
There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as Chianciano which for centuries has been noted for its thermal baths and ancient Montepulciano on its hilltop between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia. Apart from its production of excellent wines, this area of Southern Tuscany is also famous for the many thermal spas and health farms.

We have special price for termal Spas. Around the house there is a sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a 7 x 14 meter swimming pool.
The owner speaks foreign languages. There is a wood oven, a barbecue, a communal washing-machine, bowling alleys, table tennis, games and bycicles for children. Baby-sitting on payment. Small hall with telephone. Air-conditioning on request.

First floor apartment on three levels. The first level is reached by an external staircase and has sitting/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher) and fireplace, bathroom with shower. Down a few steps is a twin bedroom whilst a wooden staircase leads to the upper level double bedroom.
Il Fiasco (60 m2) ( 4/5 persons)
First floor apartment reached by an external staircase. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher), fireplace and single sofa bed, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Swimmingpool
La Giara (35 m2) ( 2/4 persons)
Two rooms comprising a large double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a double settee-bed and cupboard, kitchen and bathroom with shower, accessible from both bedrooms.
La Botte (20 m2) ( 2 persons)
A room with a double settee-bed, also usable by disabled persons, with a cupboard, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
