Monteleone d'Orvieto 500 has a very particular way of antic restoration. All materials like fieldstones, bricks, terracotta, wood, chalk were reused. Only natural coolers had been taken and all the wood were treated with natural wax and oil of orange smell.

The dinners and get-togethers at the main building with the large table outside, in the restaurant are always something special and extraordinary no routine. You can also take classic horse riding lessons, take a ride with the horse carriage, modeling classes or just do nothing.

The couple comes from north Italy and has chosen to live in Umbria. He is an architect, specialized in biological architecture and has realized two beautiful and very cozy apartments. He is also a great cook and guests profit often from this fact. His great passion is horses and on the podere you can also ride. His wife is an artist and has restored the inside of the house herself.

She gives also classes in pottery and painting. Mostly does she take care of the biological farm, where they produce olive oil and wine. If you like to get a bit more from you visit in Italy and their lifestyle, visit them!
