Livingroom

Barbacane is a carefully restored apartment for 5 persons in a large farmhouse. You have lots of space in and outside the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs with lovely views and wooden floor, antic furnishings in Umbrian style beautifully restored by the owners.

Bedroom

On the ground floor you will find a lovely kitchen and a very special bathroom. In front of the kitchen door there are chairs under the pergola for relaxing and eating outside. The restaurant on the premises is about 500 meters away. You can have a simple Italian dinner with candlelight next to the swimming pool which is shared with two nearby villas.

Kitchen

Torre is a carefully restored apartment in a large farmhouse. You have lots of space in and outside the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs with lovely views and wooden floor, antic furnishings in Umbrian style beautifully restored by the owners. On the ground floor you will find a lovely kitchen and a very special bathroom. In front of the kitchen door there are chairs under the pergola for relaxing and eating outside. The restaurant on the premises is about 200 meters away. You can have a simple Italian dinner with candlelight at the border of the pool.

Garden

Bertesca for 4 guests, is can be used only as 2 extra bedrooms with one bathroom or we add the large old stable (sitting / dining room) and a big kitchen, with is goes a beautiful portico and a stone built barbeque in front of the house.
The bedrooms are on ground floor, one can be used for elderly people (no stairs) the other room has a high double bed for young people only.
The whole house is built in field stones and brick, it is a large house with several towers, two idyllic shaded terraces for refreshment and a wood fired oven.
On the south side of the building the “Vasca" (7 x 7 mt.) now the swimming pool is built like an old washing place, with lovely views of the Umbrian countryside.
The herb garden with the smells of rosemary and thyme is nearby and can be also used by the guests - and it is worthwhile to just enjoy the splendid view of Monteleone di Orvieto.
