In the restaurant of the farmhouse it is possible to taste the tuscan cuisine: hand made noodles as pici, tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli. Typical dishes as Florentine T-bone, tagliata, chicken, rabbit, duck and pigeon. Hand-made desserts .
We use fresh and healthy products from the organic farmhouse.
All the dishes are combined with local wines.
ANTIPASTO : hot and cold tartines, bruschette,a selection of salami, pecorino cheese from Pienza with jam and honey
PICI hand-made pici pasta with tuscan ragù
TAGLIATA with rosemary scent with green salad or roasted potatoes
FRESH HAND MADE DESSERTS with vinsanto liqueur
ANTIPASTO : rosemary warm bread with a selection of salami, melon and a mix of fry vegetables
DUCK cooked in a shell of salt and spinach or vegetables
