An external staircase leads to the 1st floor: veranda with table and 4 chairs to dine in the open, entrance into the kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, utility room with washing machine.

Kitchen

Living room with couch and armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, corridor with wall cupboards, two double rooms (one with veranda), one twin bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, bidet and toilet.

Bedroom

On the ground floor there is a spacious taverna with kitchen corner, fireplace, pizza oven, large table, shower, toilet and washing machine. This room is used by owners.

Bedroom

The furnishing is very beautiful and elegant in country style with marble flooring, anti-mosquito screens on all the windows, oil central heating, and parking within the grounds.
