Kitchen

Description: this apartment has been built out of the old part of the farmhouse wich dates back to the 1500's, it was restored in 2005 in compliance with green building methods and with the exclusive use of original materials such as exposed wooden beams, old fired brick, exposed stone and Roman lime.

Bedroom

Composition: it has its own entrance from the garden and is located on the ground floor. It has a kitchen which is fully fitted with all modern appliances and kitchenware and a living area measuring 21 metres squared and featuring a beautiful old cast iron stove.
One bedroom measuring 18 metres squared with a double bed and an additional sofa double bed as well as a bathroom with shower measuring 5 metres squared, which is also suitable for use by the disabled; it has an outdoor portico and area with a wooden table and chairs.

Bathroom

From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the entire valley and the swimming pool.

The bedrooms and bathrooms come with linen. The buildings remain very cool even during the summer months.

The apartment has original antique furniture which has all been carefully restored with the use of eco-friendly products.
