The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 15 days before the arrival at Montaione 952.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer,
At arrival a security deposit of 10 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 180 dd on arrival to 120 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 119 dd on arrival to 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
Cancellations from 59 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 5 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
Cancellations from 4 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
