Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Montaione 1807.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 13:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 44 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 10 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 9 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
Cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 45 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
