Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 25 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Monsummano Terme 1143.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 20 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 21 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 25% of the total price.
