Location: the villa is situated in Puglia, in the countryside of the city of Monopoli, in the district of Bari.
Description: the villa, come again to its original splendor after a restoration made respecting the old structure and original materials, is composed by 3 trullos from XVI century.

Surrounding the villa there are 2 hectares of land cultivated with 130 olive trees and almond trees.
There are other fruit trees, like fig-trees, grapes and prickly pears.

Kitchen

On the left of the estate you can see an old threshing floor and, walking along, there is a small thicket of trees, a perfect spot to enjoy peace and tranquillity during hot summer evenings in the shadow, with the odour of cypress.
Surroundings: from the villa you can reach, within a few Km, the cities of Monopoli, Polignano a mare; Castellana, famous for caves among the most beautyful of italy and Alberobello, famous for its very ald trullis.
