From Lucignano, driving along a panoramic road on one of the hills which provide a natural barrier between the Valdichiana of Arezzo and that of Siena, there is Bellaria.

The house, situated on a hill covered in olive trees, is divided into two apartments: Nespola and Bellaria.
They have a swimming pool (mt.9 X 4.5) in common, which is equipped with sun beds, beach umbrellas and a shower.

First floor: kitchen-living room, one twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower and a little tub. Every apartment has its private entrance and garden, pergola with table, chairs and barbecue area for outdoor meals.

The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside with a functional and welcoming structure, but it is also ideal for those who are on holiday for cultural and touristic reasons.
