Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Follow instructions to pay the advance. When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Lucca 2384.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 12:00 and 15:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
