Description: beautiful modern villa in the hills of Lucca. Very relaxing area, the vast garden has many different fruit trees.
In the garden there is a putting green, 2 holes par 3, the large pool (7x10) on the outside of the pool there is a nice gazebo, and chairs to relax and sunbath.

The property: is attached to a tennis Club of 3 red earth courts. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 double beds, and 2 single beds rooms.
There are 4 bathrooms: 2 with showers and 2 with bath tubs. Kitchen fully equated: dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.
