The apartment, fully furnished with warm wood finishing touches, is composed by a spacious living-room with kitchen, tv and a sofa bed. The large master bedroom (27sqm) is provided with a double bed and a single. (It is possible to add another single bed). From the bedroom you can reach the bathroom and a big closet through an arch. Thanks to the thick walls and the nice location, even in summer time the temperature inside is always cool and pleasant, air conditioners are not needed. Next to the apartment there is a paved relaxing aera, surrounded by jesamine plants and a nice intimate shady patio, with table, chairs and recliners. Guests also have their own parking space next to the fenced property. Main distance references: - 7,5 km from Lucca city center (bus stop is only 200m from the apartment). - Wine roads on the hills around Lucca, from Montecarlo to the hills facing the coast (with their cellars, wine and olive oil tasting, are all very close to the Residence Lucca 1699). - 18km from the Versilia beach resort. - 15/20 km from Lago di Massaciuccoli (Puccini Lake) and Torre del Lago Puccini. - 20 km from Pisa (bus and train public transportation from Lucca). - 75km from Firenze. - 40km from Montecatini Terme (famous Spa resort). - In about 1 hour drive you can reach the renown Cinque Terre, the marble caves in Carrara (Colonnata, where Michelangelo used to pick its), the peaks and the hikes on the Apuane Alps - The Garfagnana area with its pastures, its lakes and its typical little villages with their gastronomical spacialties. - In about 1 and a half hour drive you can reach the beautiful Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti hills. - In about 2 hours you can arrive to Volterra and visit the Etruscan archeological site.
