The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Lucca 1351.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 21 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 35% of the total price.
Cancellations from 20 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
