The apartment is placed on the top of the gentle hill above the small village of Carignano.
Restoring this space , that once was the winemaking site,we made every effort in order that nothing was modified allowing our guests enjoy the ancient atmosphere of this place.

Kitchen

From the farm yard you can enjoy a pleasant view all round ranging from the vineyards and the olive tree groves to the champaign where you can easily distinguish the towers of the medieval burg of Lucca . You aren’t far from the “walled town”…some of our guest reach the inner city by foot walking five kilometres along the river bank (it’s possible to go back home by bus in fifteen minutes…).

Livingroom

At your disposal bikes with which you can cycle along the ways running on the hills up north Lucca arriving even to the seaside in about one hour . If you like trekking you have on hand the Apuan Alps placed northward.
inside the province of Lucca ; there you’ll find a lot of hiking trails often in sight of the see. If you prefer the cities of art you swiftly get to Florence , Siena , Pisa etc. by car, rail or pullman ; you need an hour to reach Cinque Terre (Five Lands) . About twenty kilometres separate you from the bathing beaches of Versilia seaside;

Bedroom

You have to drive the same distance to visit Torre del Lago Puccini where the grand master Giacomo Puccini got the inspiration to compose his operas ; as you surely know the famous composer was born in Lucca in 1858 and near the shore of the lake there’s an open-air theatre where nightly are played operas like Boheme, Tosca and other master-works of Puccini.
