The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Lorenzana 704.
The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 15 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 24:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
