Description

The farmhouse was built at the end of the 19th century as the residence of the owner of the farm, Don Angelo.

The house comprises a large beam and is surrounded by countryside which merges into gentle rolling hills. As a backdrop, the picture-perfect Mediterranean Sea turns the land a shade of blue. What used to be a farm and is now the “Licata 1526” farm hotel site covers 150 hectares cultivated with vinyards, olive groves, artichoke and almond plantations and greenhouse crops. The farmhouse, refurbished to fully comply with current building regulations, is immersed in Mediterranean brush and surrounded by century-old palm trees which make the area both beautiful and unique.
